Hospitality means caring for someone as if they were your dearest loved one. It’s a care that goes beyond people — it can extend to a place, a space, a building, or even a small patch of land.
[ All about comfort and delight ]
Maker means a creator — someone who imagines or reimagines, who brings something into existence. Makers can be craftsmen, writers, artists, creatives, architects, designers, developers, or chefs — anyone who celebrates human talent and leaves a mark on the world.
We, the makers, gather other makers and create hospitality together.
[ The one who invents or reinvents. Visionaries! ]
We chose the name Hospitality Makers because we love these two simple words.
At Hospitality Makers, we bring together inspired creators of hospitality
We’re inspired by "dream hotels" — we believe every place should welcome its guests like our favorite hotels around the world: with thoughtful details and a sense of magic. Every moment in life can feel like a great film — with the right lighting, color, costume, and atmosphere. That’s where we come in — as your creative partner.
Design visionaries, event masters, and branding provocateurs who turn places into warm, vibrant, and memorable experiences.
A space shouldn’t just function — it should leave a trace. It should offer an experience that’s both timeless and new. In an age of digital overload and fleeting attention, the most valuable thing is a memory of a time well spent.

Elizaveta Weissbuch is a PR specialist with more than twenty years of experience in hospitality. She works with hotel and restaurant projects, helping them find their own voice and build communication rooted in meaning rather than loud statements.
She began her career behind the concierge desk and went on to become one of the world’s leading concierges, recognized by Les Clefs d’Or. This experience shaped her core professional ability: to intuitively understand the guest, to see space as a living environment, and to create an atmosphere where people experience emotion rather than simply spend the night.
Later, Anna opened and relaunched several hotels in Moscow, including Marco Polo — the first upcycled boutique hotel, created entirely from existing objects and layered meanings. The project became a cultural point of attraction and demonstrated how a thoughtful approach and a strong idea can transform the destiny of a place.
In parallel, Anna spent many years working in luxury events, creating unique formats for Gucci, Chanel, Bvlgari, and other international brands across different countries. This gave her a rare understanding of how to design experiences that people are willing to travel across continents for.
Today, Anna is based in Athens and works on projects worldwide. At the heart of her approach is a deep respect for sense of place, cultural context, local craftsmanship, and the creation of hotels with character and soul.
Daniella Shmeleva
She supports projects at every stage — from the earliest ideas and underlying vision to concrete tasks, timelines, and partner coordination. Within the team, Daniella is responsible for structure, rhythm, and clarity, helping translate complex concepts into actionable steps while keeping focus on the outcome without losing the atmosphere behind it.
Before joining HospitalityMakers, Daniella worked at the iconic cultural space Underdog Moscow, where she managed merchandise production across all stages — from initial idea and design to execution and final delivery. This experience gave her a practical understanding of how creative ideas evolve into physical products.
Her role is to act as the connecting link between Anna, external experts, and clients, maintaining a balance between creative freedom and operational precision. Thanks to her, ambitious ideas move beyond inspiration and become thoughtfully realized projects.
Karina Novikova
Her work exists at the intersection of design, art, and strategy, helping every project develop its own character and recognizable aesthetic. Karina’s approach is guided not by trends, but by feeling — how a place looks, sounds, and resonates on an emotional level.
In parallel, Karina serves as Art Director of the water brand edis, where she oversees the visual identity and overall image of the brand. This experience strengthens her sensitivity to subtle meanings, purity of form, and visual integrity.
At HospitalityMakers, she leads all aspects of visual concept development — from moodboards and artistic direction to project presentation and overall aesthetic coherence. Her work is always about creating a feeling, not just an image.
Elizaveta Weissbuch
Elizaveta specializes in strategic PR and storytelling, drawing from cultural context, the history of place, and the human dimension of a brand. She has a rare ability to translate a product into a clear and compelling narrative that resonates with media, industry professionals, and guests alike.
Throughout her career, she has collaborated with Cheval Blanc and Bulgari Hotels, The Dolder Grand in Zurich, Evian Resort in France, Ararat Park Hyatt and St. Regis in Moscow, as well as leading restaurant groups such as Maison Dellos and Novikov Group.
In parallel, Elizaveta has spent many years writing about gastronomy and urban culture for major Russian media. This experience makes her work especially precise and sensitive to language, detail, and the spirit of the time.
Anastasia Ustyugova
Her portfolio includes projects for leading developers such as Pioneer, Vesper, and Insigma, including Redside, Ordynka, NV9, and Sadovye Kvartaly. This experience has given her a deep understanding of how to shape space through logic, proportion, and the quality of life experienced within architecture.
Anastasia is also actively engaged in the cultural scene and participates in key art events such as Cosmoscow and 1703. This involvement allows her work to remain sensitive to context, the visual language of the present moment, and the subtle relationship between space and emotion.
At HospitalityMakers, she translates conceptual ideas into real architectural and spatial solutions, preserving the character of each place while strengthening its atmosphere through form and structure.
Our symbol is the pineapple
And pineapple is also about resilience — the very quality at the heart of our principles. At HM, we’re like a pineapple: wherever we go, we carry its charismatic DNA with us!
A sign of friendship, luxury, and hospitality
Inside it’s yellow, juicy, sweet, and refreshing
One pineapple can bring together and feed an entire family or group of friends.
Its silhouette is unmistakable
Instantly recognizable from afar. You can gift it instead of flowers. It can stand proudly on a table — no plate needed — with its wild, joyful hairstyle. Or it can sit elegantly among other fruits in a beautiful basket. Inside, it’s yellow, juicy, sweet, and refreshing. One pineapple can bring a whole family or group of friends together.
Historically, pineapples were rare and precious
Reserved for kings and the wealthy. They cost as much as a castle. Columbus brought them back as gifts, symbols of friendship. Sailors returning from long journeys would place a pineapple by their door — a sign that the home was once again open to friends. Grand hotels adopted it into their crests, like a vow: "Every guest here is welcome."
Today, it’s no longer the fruit of aristocrats
But a symbol for those who believe that hospitality is not just service — it’s an art form. And the pineapple also represents a kind of resilience — one we carry in our values, too.

HOSPITALITY LAB:
9 FLOORS
True hospitality is a quality born from primal simplicity and ancient grandeur — layered with vibrant colors and emotions of the present day. This contrast, perhaps, is what we love most.
CREATING THE CHARACTER OF A PLACE
We script how guests will feel within the walls — like directors, we write the scenarios of future impressions.

ARCHITECTURE IN BALANCE
True care for us lies in balance: between past and present, between tradition and new trends. And here it is — the atmosphere, where a dialogue of eras can unfold without overload.
PRESERVING THE CHARACTER AND SOUL OF BUILDINGS
We study the history of the building, the place, what once breathed around it, what lived here, what it witnessed, and what it endured.

Marco Polo
Forest Hills
MOSS Boutique Hotel

polo
From the very first moment, we felt the potential of this building — the former first savings bank of Serpukhov. These walls already hold a strong layer of urban memory: a place of trust, business energy, money, decisions, and forward movement. It was essential for us not to erase this historical layer, but to carefully integrate it into the building’s new life, allowing the past to strengthen the present rather than stand in its way.
We envisioned the project as a boutique hotel with a public dimension. Not a closed space "only for tourists," but a living place within the city. A point of attraction where Serpukhov residents would naturally want to come — for breakfast, meetings, events, or conversations. A place that becomes part of the city’s everyday rhythm.
Our work approached the project holistically: from the product model and usage scenarios to architecture, interiors, and future programming. Special attention was given to the wellness component: bathing rituals, quiet rest, and practices supporting both body and emotional balance — without noise or rush. All of this was thoughtfully woven into the historic fabric of the building.
Because it is not only about preserving the character and authenticity of a place, but also about filling it with contemporary comfort, warmth, and emotional depth. This is how the space will live, breathe, and evolve according to our vision.
серпухов
We were approached with a deeply personal request: to create a gift for someone close. Not an object, and not a one-evening experience, but the realization of a long-held dream — a private polo club and a distinct world around it.
From the beginning, it was clear that this story extended far beyond sport itself. It was about shaping a way of life — a space where polo becomes just one layer within a larger scenario defined by nature, aesthetics, rituals, hospitality, and meaningful time spent with one’s inner circle.
We built the project starting from emotion: the quiet of early mornings and the scent of grass, the movement of horses, the rhythm of training sessions, and slow evenings after the game. The polo club was envisioned as an intimate, private world for friends, family, and like-minded individuals.
Within the concept, we developed not only the sporting infrastructure, but also a clubhouse and spaces for gathering, hosting guests, dinners, events, and private formats. Every element was designed with a focus on privacy, quality of time, and attention to detail.
Although the project was ultimately not realized, it remains an important example for us of how one person’s dream can evolve into a complete and thoughtful spatial concept — where a gift becomes not an object, but the beginning of a new story and a new way of living.

Marco Polo
[ made with Moss Hospitality ]
Marco loves you is not just a hotel — it’s a living, breathing space.
A place made of memory, meaning, and love. When we first stepped into the former Marco Polo Hotel, it stood abandoned and forgotten after the pandemic.
Instead of erasing its past, we chose a different path — one of upcycling and emotional transformation.
Pop-up Upcycle Concept We gave new life to what was already there. Old became new — not by force, but by care. Uniforms were upcycled from existing garments. Discarded paper was dyed and repurposed. Curtains were reborn as screens and room dividers. Every detail carries a story — not waste, but legacy. Under the creative direction of MOSS Hospitality, Marco Polo became a stage for Moscow’s best local talents — chefs, designers, curators — all united under one roof.
We also created signature rooms, each crafted in collaboration with a renowned artist, designer, architect — even an actress.
Every room tells its own story, every corner has a soul.
This project surprises guests not with extravagance, but with care — because that’s what hospitality means to us. It’s in the details (our quiet religion). It’s in emotional service (our heart is our main tool). It’s in the feeling that someone thought of you — long before you arrived.
The interiors are warm and welcoming, with a view of the golf course, a terrace to read, sip coffee, meditate. It’s a space that invites presence. We elevated Forest Hill’s into a living destination — not just a place to do, but a place to be. Where relationships matter, where details are felt, and where hospitality is measured in warmth, taste, and intention.
A golf club reimagined as a space for rest, community, and the art of slow living.
This project began with a reassembly of identity. We kept golf at the heart — but added new meaning. Forest Hill’s became a place for slowness, local connection, and the beauty of life outside the city.
It’s all about unhurried rhythm — but everything is made with care and attention, that perfect balance of simplicity and thoughtfulness. We brought in local partners: farmers, museums, guides, artisans — and with them, a cultural layer emerged: theatre performances, long-table dinners, seasonal markets.
The first boutique hotel in Russia built on the principles of conscious hospitality.
The project was brought to life in a former 19th-century revenue house. We led the process from site selection and concept development to full fit-out and launch.
As always, we followed our favorite philosophy: upcycling with meaning. Vintage finds, restored architectural elements from the building itself, exposed beams brought back to life. Even a chandelier made from car parts.
We built bold collaborations — from the iconic fragrance brand Zielinski & Rozen to Yamaha and music label Leveldva. There was nothing fake at MOSS — everything was real. We focused on details, on every human sense: materials, scents, sound, taste.
We crafted the experience so that guests would savor every detail. Because hospitality, for us, is about building emotional connection — the kind that lingers long after check-out.
A historic building reborn — where timeless stories meet contemporary hospitality.
It was love at first sight. These walls — so full of memory — spoke to us. We wanted to honor the soul of the place, to preserve its stories, while infusing it with modern comfort and our own distinctive touch.
As true hospitality makers, we observed every detail with care: from architectural solutions that reflect the spirit of the place, to curated decorative accents, textiles, and thoughtful materials. Every choice — from fabrics to fixtures — was made with feeling.
We collaborated with talented local brands and creatives, bringing fresh energy to something time-honored. The result: a remarkable space where every room is its own world — a place where the beauty of the past meets the emotional language of contemporary hospitality.
